MONTHLY SALARY RANGE

  • Upon deployment, nurses will initially work as assistant nurses until they are recognized as registered nurses.
  • During this period, they can anticipate a monthly gross salary ranging from €2,800 to €3,500.

SELF-FUNDED TRAINING

MONTHLY STIPEND

  • Students from different countries will be trained through virtual classes for self-funded language courses, advancing from A1 to B2 levels.
  • This preparation is crucial for their nursing careers in Germany.
  • The training offers a solid foundation in the German language, which is vital for effective communication within the healthcare setting.
  • During their studies, students will receive a monthly stipend ranging from €1,100 to €1,400, allowing them to support themselves while pursuing their education.
  • This arrangement not only eases financial burdens but also guarantees employment upon graduation, ensuring a stable career in nursing.

  • Role plays based on real-life work or interview situations (with helpful expressions)

  • Group reflection afterward: What went well? What was difficult?

Exam Preparation with Personalized Study Plans

  • Diagnostic test at the beginning → personalized learning plan for B2 telc or Pflege exam

  • Focus areas adjusted per learner (e.g. listening comprehension vs. written production)

  • Regular reflection on learning goals: “What can I do better now?”
