1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for participation in language courses offered by German Language School [Your School Name], concluded between the customer and the school either online or in person.

2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
Registration takes place online or in person. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation by the language school.

3. Course Fees
Fees must be paid in full before the start of the course. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, GCash and PayPal

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the course starts. After this period, 50% of the course fee will be retained. No refunds for no-shows. Refunds due to illness require a medical certificate.

5. Course Organization
The language school reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, fees will be fully refunded.

6. Obligations of Participants
Participants are expected to attend classes punctually, behave respectfully towards teachers and other participants, and follow school regulations.

7. Liability
The language school is not liable for damages unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

8. Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
